Accessibility statement and help
We want everyone to be able to read about our coffee and get in touch. This page explains the accessibility features of the website, the checks still needed and how to ask for help.
Using the website with a keyboard
Press Tab to move between links and buttons, and Shift + Tab to go back. Press Enter to open a link; use Enter or Space to operate a button. The focused control has a visible outline.
The first link on each page, “Skip to content”, takes you past the header to the main content. Choosing a pickup area shows more information without moving keyboard focus.
Reading and language
The public pages are available in Hebrew and English. The language link keeps you on the same page in the other language. Pages use headings and a main content area, and the site identifies the language and reading direction.
You can use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge the page. Text and links use contrasting colours, and information about prices, pickup and delivery is provided as text.
Motion preferences
The home page has a decorative photo effect that follows scrolling. When your device or browser requests reduced motion, the animation and sticky photo effect are disabled. The page’s information remains available without the effect.
Review status
This statement was reviewed on 10 October 2026. Our accessibility work uses Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG AA guidance as targets. A full conformance assessment, including testing with screen readers, has not yet been completed.
Keyboard navigation, page layouts and reduced-motion behaviour have been checked in Chromium. Testing with NVDA, VoiceOver and other assistive technologies, and native browser zoom testing, is still needed. Please tell us if something prevents you from using the site.
Accessibility at pickup
Pickup is planned in Tel Aviv and Efrat, and ordering is currently closed. Physical access details for the pickup points have not yet been verified, including step-free access, parking and any assistance available.
Contact us before planning a visit to discuss the access you need and what can be arranged. Exact pickup addresses and instructions remain private; this page does not confirm that a pickup point is accessible.
Report a barrier or ask for help
Contact Kayla’s Cold Brew on 055-319-6818 by phone or direct WhatsApp message using the links below. You do not need to join a WhatsApp group to ask for help.
Include the page address, what you were trying to do and where you encountered a problem. If useful, you can also tell us your browser and any assistive technology you used. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical information.
If you cannot access information on the website, contact us to discuss another way to receive it.
External services
WhatsApp links open an external service. The future delivery option also involves Wolt Packages, a separate service. These services have their own interfaces and accessibility arrangements.
If an external service creates a barrier, let us know through the contact details below so we can discuss another way to provide the information you need.
